Wellness
is a life long process, anyone proclaiming to be completely well is most
certainly “fortunate” however, I would challenge them that as I must say we are
all in a state of a precarious balancing act, we just need to take a serious
look at the world around us and see just how precarious it is.
I will ask that you reflect on the following statements and questions based on the information you
have now today…keeping in mind of course the decisions you have made were based on
the best information that you had at the time... I want you to think about these
questions and answer them honestly as you can..

are your options
You
often hear the statement "If I only knew then what I know now”

challenge you based on what you know and learned today
