Zoey is a pup in Texas... We've been taken with her plight... Only one of many that is neglected , abused and thrown away in our throw away society. A number of caring people have donated to the rescue shelters, vets and other agencies to help in the care, vet, housing and medication. I encourage you to donate ... Its heartbreaking as it is because of people that Zoey is in this medical state that she is in. People have taken on themselves to be the charges of animals birds cats dogs... We've selfishly domesticated many, yet put them down, or abandon them when they need us the most... I am most saddened when I see this.
